If you have forgotten an object in the vehicle, you should contact the driver of the vehicle in which you forgot it.
- If the forgotten object is a Mobile phone, please contact us through social media. Search us in Facebook. Our support team will help you the soonest.
- If you forgot an object in your last ride, open your App Help menu > My last ride option to contact the driver.
- If you forgot any other object, open your App Help menu > All my rides option; there you will be able to choose the ride in which you forgot the object and to contact us through I forgot an object in the vehicle option.
Drivers have the knowledge about what to do if they find an object of the passenger. They report this case through the App help menu and if they can't return it to the passenger, they bring it to our offices, so it can be picked by the passenger in no later than 60 days.
